We stayed at the Aminta Hotel in August and were really impressed with everything about the hotel. The shuttle bus was a god send when we were wanting to go for dinner in the evening in Sorrento or when we needed to meet at a certain time at the Marina. Rosella on reception was so helpful when we wanted to look for my bridal shoes, giving us advice and calling the store on our behalf. We would also like to extend our thanks to all the restaurant staff for the wonderful service but special thanks to Giovanna, Denis, Ernesto and Ferdinando for the amazing service we received when we had the tasting menu which was definitely a high light to our holiday with stunning views. The pool area was beautifully kept and the Jacuzzi was a lovely little touch to go and have some time to chill. The decor in the hotel was subtle and well kept , nothing was too much trouble. The Smeg fridge and the Alexa were great touches. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Sorrento as we could not fault anything about our holiday. Thank you for making it a memorable first visit to Italy, but it will not be the last. Xx

Just returned from our third visit to the Aminta. Another excellent stay, all the staff go beyond to please and make the stay very comfortable. The room was very clean and maintained daily to a high standard. We booked half board and the food was excellent with a good choices, we would definitely recommend this hotel located above Sorrento giving superb views of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Aminta in August 2022 with 27 members of my family which included children, grandchildren and a few nieces and nephews. This hotel has become our all-time favorite. The views are spectacular, the service is terrific, and the rooms excellent. My wife and I have been travelling for over 35 years with and without other family members and this hotel tops our list of hotels. We are returning to the Aminta this July with 10 members of my family and cannot wait to arrive.

My parents and I have just returned from our second stay at the Grand Hotel Aminta and yet again our experience was excellent. We were especially impressed with our updated sea view rooms, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. All of the restaurant staff were exceptional, but we would like to extend a special thank you to Ernesto for being so friendly and putting up with my Mum’s questions (!) and to Lauren on reception for kindly helping us to plan our day trip to Ischia. Just returned after 7 nights stay and really enjoyed our visit. We loved the quieter location up the hill from Sorrento (& the free shuttle bus service) with superb views across the bay towards Vesuvius and amazing sunsets over Capri. The staff were delightful- really friendly & helpful- and the room was spacious & spotless. The swimming pool & surrounding seating perfect & the free towels always on hand. Breakfasts were brilliant with a huge choice including cereals, breads, ham, cheese, 'full English', croissants, cakes, etc., and unlimited tea or coffee. We'd certainly be very happy to stay there again Thank you to staff & managers
